How do I place an order?

Placing an order is simple, all you need to do is select the item/s you are trying to buy, select the quantity required. you can then add items to basket and proceed to checkout. All items on our website are priced competitively and include UK shipping at no additional cost.
How do I make payment and receive items?

We accept card payments and Paypal processed payments (Recommended) as this is the safest most secure method for both parties, although bank transfer can be arranged. In store we accept card or cash payments. Once order confirmation has been sent, delivery will be processed within 3 working days.
Do you have all stock online?

Online we only advertise our most popular products, therefore if you would like to visit one of our stores to view other stock please do not hesitate to pass by during business hours. Alternatively you call to order a product and arrange pick up time. In store we take payment via cash or card.
Is Polky Barrels only online?

We currently have two branches within the West Midlands. Our largest branch which has most stock is based in walsall, the other is based in Birmingham. All products sold via this website are priced competitively including UK delivery cost, there are no additional charges. Any customer who wishes to collect items or have items shipped to an address outside of the UK can do so by contacting any branch by phone and discussing items/quantities or delivery cost etc.
